Refund Policy^*

Once game uniforms have been ordered, there are NO REFUNDS for any reason! Any refund issued before uniforms are ordered will be minus a $3.20 processing fee. All issued gear must be turned in first. Refunds will be issued through PayPal only to the CC used to pay during registration.  This policy will also apply if the season is cancelled after starting due to COVID-19.

Medical Insurance Policy^*

YPAC insurance is "SECONDARY" to your personal insurance provider unless you don't have personal insurance then it is the primary.  The insurance ONLY COVERS THE PLAYER during official game & practice times.  It does not cover siblings or other persons injured on the property at any time.  Per the agreement on the registration form, neither YPAC nor the SCHS can be held liable.  YOU are responsible for your player outside of the official game & practice times and any other guests and siblings.  i.e If a player is injured at 5:55 because they are goofing off before the official practice starts at 6:00, YPAC insurance cannot be used.

Mandatory Weigh-in^*

Each player must be weighed in wearing their full gear and game uniform with an official INKYFC scale.  This mandatory weigh in will be conducted during the Jamboree.  If not weighed in at the jamboree, your player may not be able to play in certain positions or run the ball.  THIS IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY!  PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY! If you cannot attend the Jamboree, contact your coach ASAP.

Mandatory Practices^*

All players must attend 8 FULL practices before they are eligible to play in the first official game.  The jamboree counts as a practice, it is NOT a game.  Players are ineligible to play in "official games" until they attend 8 practices.  YPAC WILL NOT make special arrangements for players who do not attend 8 practices before the first official game.  YPAC will also consider your player ineligible if they are not coming to practice on a regular basis during the season. This is a TEAM sport and all players need to be at practice in order to develop as a team.  The practice schedule is loaded on the website under the "schedules" tab.

Field Access Policy^*

Parents, family and siblings are NEVER allowed on the field during games or practices!  This rule is strictly enforced by INKYFC & YPAC.  The violator will be removed from that game/practice and could be banned for future games/practices depending on how serious the violation was.  Only players, coaches and badge wearing INKYFC/YPAC staff are ever authorized on the field.  Keep siblings and guest off of the football equipment.  Only players are authorized to use any equipment.

Guest Policy^*

YOU are responsible for ALL guest at practice and games.  Any policy or rule violations by you or your guest will not be tolerated.  Action will also be taken against you if you are unable to keep your guests under control.  You and your guest may be asked to leave a practice or games or may be banned from future practices or games along with your guest.  The Parent Code of Conduct & YPAC by-laws are posted on our website and you are responsible to abide by them and ensure your guests abide by them.

Mandatory Equipment Issue Date^*

Wednesday, June 28, 10 half hour sessions from 4-9 p.m. at the HS Cafeteria.  Sign up for a time slot in step 6 on the registration page.  If you miss this meeting, your registration will be changed to a “LATE REGISTRATION” and you will need to pay an additional $40 ($165 total) because your uniform will not be ordered and will need to be placed as a special order. It could delay you being able to play since you will not have a uniform. If you register and are unable to attend this date, YPAC needs to know in ADVANCE so arrangements can be made to at least measure your player for their game uniform before June 28.

Mandatory Parent/Player Meeting^*

Monday July 10 @ 7:30 P.M. in the HS cafeteria. Players will start practice @ 7 p.m.  This briefing will start your season off right!  We will introduce coaches, game rules, parent/player expectations, explain practice and game schedules etc.  If you miss the meeting, you will not be allowed to practice until the Athletic Director or Board President give you this briefing.

COVID-19^*

I understand the YPAC COVID-19 plan outlined on the registration page preceding this form.  I understand that at anytime, COVID-19 could alter, suspend or terminate the season.  I agree to follow ALL COVID-19 guidelines put forth by YPAC, INKYFC, SC School Corporation and state and local officials.  I understand that my player and his family can be removed from games/practices for not following the guidance.  I agree to notify YPAC immediately if my player or someone who has been around the player or my players immediate family tests positive for COVID-19.  I understand that the player or family will not be able to attend YPAC events until after a 14 day quarantine period away from YPAC.  I will not bring my player or family to YPAC events with a fever or other illness.
