The meetings are open to the public and time will be on the agenda for anyone who wants to address the board. You will be limited to 3 minutes, but can submit further information in writing to the board. You can also contact the secretary and ask to be placed on the agenda pending approval by the Board President. You can contact any YPAC staff member by going to the “Staff” page.
**YPAC board meetings are scheduled to be held on the first Thursday of every month @ 6:30pm, unless an alternative date is deemed necessary due to scheduling conflicts. All changes must be unanimously agreed upon by current board members.
